If you would like to order a gallon of the Nutiva Organic Virgin Cold-Pressed COCONUT OIL, please let me know, by 5/18. Price is $51/gallon. I will place an order for 4 gallons to get a better price and free shipping. If you order less than 4 gallons it runs $55/gal. The first three to respond get the extra gallons.
This oil is wonderful in place of olive oil (or worst forms of oil/butter) in recipes and especially good for cooking at high temps. I now use this when making my bread and other baked goods. Actually I use it for everything except making salad dressings. It is great as a skin moisturizer too!
